"I can honestly say yoga has changed my way of life, how I interact with others and how I see myself. I started with my practice many years ago, but it was only after sustaining an injury through running that i relalized just how important it was to me. This year , I had the amazing fortune of gradutaing as a yoga teacher with BBE, and also of beginging a diploma in holistic wellness coaching. I plan to make coaching along with yoga , breath work and mediation the main focus in my life. This journey has helped me transition into a new life of laughter , gratitude and positivity , the spirit of which I love to bring into my daily practice and teachings whether its through gentle ying or upbeat vinyasa. I hope to share this gift and learning with you too, as together we help create a more connected and joyful world!"

"For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with achieving the “perfect” body. As a pre-teen, I was hiding in the school bathroom to avoid eating and then purging when I did. These habits followed me into my twenties, as I found fitness and bodybuilding. I competed in national bodybuilding shows, suffering with self-hatred, even at my lowest weight. I have since become a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach, and Army Combat Fitness Test Instructor, but it wasn’t until I found yoga that my entire wellness journey changed. I am now a RYT with Breath Body Earth Yoga School and currently studying to receive my certification in Yin, Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator Training.
Yoga was the missing piece that brought together the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of my human-ness. Yoga is not just the asana, or physical practice, but an entire mindset and lifestyle transformation that will repurpose your perspective. Through yoga, I have found life to be a synergistic journey of both the somatic and ethereal. I have found a balance between self-love and self-discipline, of pleasure and pain, and of strength and surrender. I have found great wisdom and peace when I connect with Mama Earth through travel, yoga and movement.
My spiritual exploration and stories across continents have allowed me to see people and places that a small-town, American girl would have never known existed. As I continue to see the world through the eyes of those I meet, I realize that our cultural, religious and ethnic differences do not define our one-ness as earthly beings. It is through my love for Trek Nectar, a symbiotic, holistic approach to travel, wellness and activism, that I hope to be a part of the change for the global collective."

"I’m Erin, a yoga teacher and intuitive movement coach. Through my experiences I’ve learned to encourage intentional movement within my personal and shared practices. Personally knowing the healing and transformation yoga has brought to me, I chose to share this practice. While living in Panama I immersed myself in a 200hr online training with Breath Body Earth. I returned to the states to start teaching. I encourage curiosity in your body from how you feel to how you move though your world. I had to keep growing; traveling to Guatemala to immerse myself in another 200hr YTT with BBE; I returned with more knowledge, experience and confidence in what I am sharing.
One quote that stuck with me from Melissa “don’t be afraid to shine your light.” The biggest thing that holds me back is letting myself be seen; it’s what we want and what we fear the most. Melissa & Rachael brought “light” to that."

"After receiving my first 200hr YTT online during the beginning of the pandemic, I knew that I had just made one of the best decisions of my life thus far. Having the support of the Breath Body Earth training propelled me into believing that I had the strength to change the direction of my life and really live for myself. Through the training I found myself in Guatemala where I now have started a life of my own. I am an herbalist with a passion for nature and getting to know all of her amazing benefits. I also have been studying alternative holistic practices such as yoga, meditation and nutrition for a few years now too in order to create a balanced lifestyle. I own and run an apothecary where I share and create herbal medicine and magic. I have a deep connection with the natural world and feel that sharing her medicine is part of my soul's journey. I am really excited to be a part of the Breath Body Earth team and am excited to see how my path continues to unfold as I follow with complete trust. "

"Yoga found me once and for all in the year of 2020. Providing respite from the crazy world around me, I returned to my mat every day and uncovered parts of myself I didn’t know still existed, parts of myself I had banished or suppressed through shame. It was through this journey I realised the impact that yoga has not just on the body, but the mind and spirit too. A year later I then went on to complete my 200 hour YTT with Breath Body Earth, and since have mainly taught yoga to kids in high school. Yoga led me to the path of healing trauma through somatics, and I am now completing a trauma informed Somatic Educator for Women training. It fills me with joy to be sharing this journey with Breath Body Earth, and all the amazing souls that have connected through yoga. As that is what yoga is all about, beautiful connection."

"Hello everyone! My name is Ciara and I am so excited to be introducing myself and welcoming you to a wonderful community. From a young age, movement and dance were a form of refuge and solace for me. I was lucky and privileged to have the opportunity to take dance classes throughout my childhood. This was always my means of expression and way for me to cope and process difficult situations as a child. Later in life, I went on to study dance at university but found the performance and academic pressure took away from my joy and the true root of movement in my life.
Currently, I work as a kindergarten teacher and see so many young children without the resources and tools to manage and process their emotions. I knew how much yoga, movement and meditation has helped me through my life and I wanted the skill set to share this with my students. Pre-covid I planned to travel to partake in a 200hr YTT but unfortunately, I was unable to. So when Rachael and Melissa were hosting another online training I knew that I wanted to be part of it, part of something important and part of the way forward.
The BBE team are the most welcoming and supportive community who inspire and connect in the most beautiful way. I hope that in the future , yoga and meditation can become a part of the mainstream education system allowing the future of humanity to heal."

I first discovered yoga while working at a gym in my teens. Having dabbled in taking classes throughout those eight years I found myself returning every day to my mat during lockdown. Looking for something more meaningful, and a deeper connection to my practice I decided I had the perfect opportunity to do this by taking my YTT online with Breath Body Earth. Throughout the training I not only learnt yoga fundamentals but so much more than I ever had imagined. My approach to yoga is to find a lighthearted balance between mobility, strength, effort and ease. To find playfulness and joy in movement and breath. Yoga isn’t about perfecting the picture perfect pose, its the journey to the self. I will be forever grateful for everything BBE taught me, both Rachael and Melissa continue to pass on so much knowledge and love through their offerings, it’s a joy to be a part of their family.
