This retreat is open to anyone with a curiosity for creativity, self-expression, and inner connection. Whether you’re new to these practices or already on a path, you’re invited to explore through movement, sound, and working with clay. It’s a space to slow down, create, and reconnect—held in a supportive and welcoming community.


OUR HOME - Posada las Orquideas & Cafe de Palo
Posada Las Orquideas offers various types of accommodations, including standard rooms and studios. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, private balconies with hammocks, refrigerators, and private bathrooms. The studios also include a kitchenette.
Guests also have free access to the amenities of our sister hotel, Posada Arco Iris, which includes beach chairs and kayaks.
FACILITATORS

Melissa Coton
Melissa Cotón is a French & Mexican yoga teacher, experienced retreat guide, and sound healer who creates spaces for deep connection, presence, and inner exploration. Her approach to yoga is gentle and contemplative, inviting awareness through breath, movement, and stillness. Through her work with sound, she weaves voice, instruments, and vibration to support relaxation, balance, and a deeper connection to self.
Keber Sandoval
Keber Sandoval is a Guatemalan artist and ceramist whose work is deeply rooted in ancestral traditions and a connection to the natural world. Through clay, he shares a creative process that is both intuitive and grounding, inviting others into presence through their hands and the material. Alongside his ceramic work, Keber also offers sound journeys using natural and ancestral instruments, creating immersive experiences that support relaxation, connection, and inner exploration.
